Welcome to the Mesquite Hills Homeowner Association website. Our community is situated in beautiful Cottonwood, the hub of Arizona’s Verde Valley.

Mesquite Hills is set against the majestic backdrop of Mingus Mountain combined with sprawling canyon and Red Rock views. The community consists of a total of 420 homes along with parks, open space and desert washes. Currently, 147 homes are completed with 273 homes in Phase 2 being built by Miramonte Homes.

The Mesquite Hills Homeowner Association manages the community’s common areas and oversees the daily affairs of the Association.
